Zara Home’s recent collaboration with the British curated lifestyle site Collagerie is a sun-drenched Mediterranean influenced collection that expertly weaves together the brands respective minimalist and maximalist aesthetic.
The collection, which launched on July 18th and is available here at Zara Home, is a fresh take on the familiar themes of Mediterranean style. Featuring materials like linen, saddle leather, oak and rattan; Collagerie’s signature stripes and playful use of color put a new spin on a classic sunny look.
Collagerie, if you are unfamiliar, is the beautifully curated fashion and home site by British fashion industry veterans Lucinda Chambers and Serena Hood that offers a skillfully edited selection of home, fashion, beauty and lifestyle products.
Collagerie co-founder, Lucinda Chambers, says, “The starting point of the collection was to marry Zara Home’s brilliantly neutral palette with a love of colour. I turned to one of my favourite artists, Milton Avery, who uses colour in such an unexpected way. Colours colour everything, from what you see to how you feel. The result is a homeware collaboration that spans everything from lighting, textiles to tabletop. Combining earth tones with shots of electric blue, acid yellow and bright red, it has been designed to go wonderfully together and yet each piece stands alone to uplift, energise, and enhance the home!”
The expansive collection features an equal mix of textured neutrals and bold & bright pieces ensuring there is something for just about everyone. And of course the Zara price-point makes everything extremely accessible.
Here is a roundup of my favorites from the collection. And I'm sure it will come as no surprise that I gravitate towards the heavily textured neutral pieces, all which are linked below.
Enjoy!
